Captivated by the depth of Japanese traditional culture, I obtained certifications in kimono dressing, tea ceremony, and ikebana. In Asakusa, I worked as a host for kimono dressing and tea ceremony—and arranged tea flowers—at a cultural experience center that earned the No.1 ranking in TripAdvisor’s “Tea Ceremony in Tokyo” category, welcoming guests from all over the world and sharing the beauty of Japanese culture.
During my travels, I was deeply moved by the tranquil temples and shrines and the mountains surrounding Nikko. That experience inspired me to relocate to Nikko in Tochigi Prefecture, where I now offer cultural experiences that allow guests to feel close to Japanese tradition while also appreciating the charm of this World Heritage area.
While living in Nikko, I have continued studying the region’s history and culture and have obtained local tourism qualifications. This enables me to provide guidance not only in cultural arts but also from a perspective rooted in the land itself.
Drawing on my background as a hotelier, I value both hospitality and clarity, ensuring that even first-time participants feel comfortable and welcomed. I approach every session with sincerity, refining my skills each day and treasuring every encounter with my guests.
It is my wish to share the depth and beauty of Japanese culture—starting here in Nikko and reaching out to the world. With that spirit in my heart, I look forward to welcoming you.
